If you experience an unfavorable reaction to any product, please discontinue use immediately. Before using any products, perform a patch test, and if you see a reaction within 24 hours, do not use the product, and please let us know!
By purchasing or using any items sold in this store, it is implied that you have read and understand the risks of using herbs and herbal products and therefore release Gimme the Good Stuff from any and all liability.
If you are pregnant or nursing, please speak to your doctor before using herbal products.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

A note on shipping directly from vendor: In our ongoing efforts to lower our carbon footprint, we are moving a large portion of our online catalog to ship directly from the vendor. All this means is that your items may arrive at different times from different places. However, rest assured you will still get all the Good Stuff you know and love! You can track your orders here.
Returns & Refunds
We’re a marketplace
All returned products must be in unopened packaging and/or be unused. In order to issue a refund or exchange, we must receive your return within 15 days of the purchase date. If you received your order as a gift, you may return it for store credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not offer refunds for the cost of shipping, and please note that if you return something from an order where we covered shipping (all orders $75 and up), you will be charged the amount that was charged to ship the package to you initially. Gimme the Good Stuff sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

We’re a small, family-run business, passionate about clean living and safer products. Our team also includes experts, scientists, and PhDs who carefully research and vet every product before it makes it into our store.
Simply use the checkout system on our site. If you need to modify your order, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to help before it ships.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders over $75 (continental U.S.) ship for free. For all other orders, there is a flat rate of $5.95.
Because we’re transitioning to direct shipping from manufacturers to reduce costs and carbon footprint, items may ship from different locations. You’ll still receive all the items you ordered.
We currently do not ship internationally.
Most orders leave within 3–5 business days. However, due to global sourcing, some orders may take 7–10 business days.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, and UPS.
Returns & Refunds
Returned items must be unused and in unopened packaging.
No — original shipping is non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping and you return part of it, we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.

Yes — since we act as a marketplace with many partner brands, returns often must go back to each brand individually (with separate boxes/labels).
We do not accept returns on sale items, food, baby formula, vitamins, supplements, or other specified non-returnable goods.
